Roman Selim Khereddine

Roman Selim Khereddine Roman Selim Khereddine (b. 1989, Zurich, Switzerland) is a visual artist whose work investigates hierarchical and exploitative relationships between humans and animals as a lens to reflect on social and political systems. His recent projects have examined a derelict horse racetrack in New York, the dynamic between a police dog and its handler, and the migration of Moroccan snake charmers who became tent workers in Swiss circuses.

Khereddine has previously presented two institutional solo shows in Switzerland, with a forthcoming exhibition at IKOB Museum of Contemporary Art in Eupen, Belgium. Studio residencies include the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris and the Swiss Institute in New York City. He holds Master’s degrees in History and Fine Arts and received a Swiss Art Award in 2025.
