From January 16 to April 30, BIM’26 will reach out to audiences of all kinds and take over the five Léman Express stations. The works will be displayed on screens from Geneva to Chêne-Bourg, including Lancy, as part of the Mire project—an initiative of the Fonds cantonal d’art contemporain, in collaboration with the Office of Urban Planning and the Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève. Bringing BIM into the public sphere in this way is a way to build on Geneva’s pioneering role in video art and to resonate with the movements of travelers.
